Video Editor
This role focuses on social content, brand videos with a strong emphasis on speed, consistency, and brand alignment. This is a hands-on role for someone who can shoot, edit, and deliver without much friction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Produce high-quality video edits and video graphics aligned with Primal’s brand
• Edit short-form videos for TikTok and Instagram, occasionally long-form on YouTube
• Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and internal content
• Film videos on location using phone and camera setups
• Participate in storyboard and shooting plan with the content team
• Ensure all filming equipment is prepared and working before shoots
• Direct other camera operators when needed to capture required footage
• Edit footage in post-production with clean structure and file management
• Work closely with graphic designers to maintain visual consistency and quality
• Manage time, deadlines, and projects independently
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with internal teams
• Apply feedback quickly and improve output continuously
REQUIREMENTS
• Mid-level experience in video editing and filming; 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience
• Experienced with AI tools and have an AI-driven mindset
• Strong proficiency in CapCut and Adobe Premiere Pro
• Experience with filming using different camera types and phones
• Solid design sense and understanding of motion and pacing
• Able to adapt style, tone, and format for different audiences
• Strong time management and ability to self-prioritize
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual English and Vietnamese communication skills
• Proficient with Google Workspace tools
• Good interpersonal skills and team mindset
• Open to feedback and able to see different points of view
