Front Desk / Member Experience Specialist

What you will do

Member retention & frequency

  • Greet and check in members and guests with clear, friendly communication.

  • Build daily relationships at the front desk so members feel known by name.

  • Watch attendance reports and follow up with “low attendance” members by WhatsApp / call to invite them back.

  • Process freezes and cancellations using our SOP and record clear reasons in our Gym Management System..

  • Flag at‑risk members and serious issues to the sales/retention owner the same day.

Member experience & service

  • Handle enquiries in person, by phone, email, WhatsApp, and social.

  • Log all issues, promises, and key notes in our gym management system..

  • Make sure all complaints and questions are resolved within 24–48 hours (by you or the right teammate).

Operations & maintenance support

  • Run opening and closing checklists and keep reception and shared areas tidy and safe.

  • Maintain lost and found, incident, and service recovery logs.

  • Spot basic facility issues during your shift and report them until fixed.

Communication & reporting

  • Share a daily summary of freezes, cancellations, complaints, and key member issues.

  • Provide a simple weekly front desk report with retention and service insights.

How success is measured

  • Members train more often and stay longer.

  • Issues are solved fast and logged clearly.

  • Member feedback and ratings stay high.

(We track this with attendance, complaint resolution time, member ratings, and data accuracy.)

Who you are

You are an Extrovert !

  • Strong, clear communicator in English AND Vietnamese .

  • Warm, confident, and comfortable speaking with busy professionals.

  • Detail‑oriented with basic computer/CRM skills (Mindbody experience is a plus).

  • Enjoy being on your feet, solving problems, and supporting a team.

  • Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or fitness reception is preferred.

  • Location: Thảo Điền, HCMC

  • Schedule: Shift‑based, including some evenings and weekends

  • Compensation: 7.000.000 VNĐ - 11.000.000 VNĐ
