Overview

You turn leads into members. You book trial sessions at Primal, drive leads to show up, close potential leads towards memberships, and measure, track, report.

What You Will Do

• Lead follow up: Call, DM, and text new leads within minutes. Log every touchpoint.

• Trial booking: Offer the right class,send reminders, reduce no shows.

• Sales conversions: Present plans, handle objections, close monthly memberships or class packs.

• Community touchpoints: Engage members in WhatsApp, SMS, email, and direct phone calls. 

• Daily reporting: Update lead sheets, show up rates, and sales results before end of day.

What You Bring

• Experience: 1 year in a sales role. Fitness or hospitality is a plus.

• Communication: Clear, confident, and friendly in Vietnamese and English.

• Follow through: Organized, persistent, comfortable working targets and deadlines.

• Tools: experience with booking systems, Google Sheets,CRM systems, basic software application skills ( outlook, word,powerpoint, excel, etc… )

• Availability: Able to work evenings and weekends.

• Speed to contact potential leads and daily outreach volume

• Trial booking rate and show up rate

• Trial to paid conversion rate

• New memberships and class packs sold

• Referral leads generated
