Membership Policies

1. Team Class Membership

  • Members with a Team Class package may only attend scheduled Team classes.
  • Members with a session-based Team Class package may share their package with family or friends (except for the Priority 12 package).

2. Personal Training Membership

  • Members with a one-on-one Personal Training package are NOT ALLOWED to join Team classes unless they register for an additional Team class service.
  • Members with a recurring one-on-one Personal Training package ARE ALLOWED to join Team classes.

3. Wellness Services

  • Members with a Team Class or one-on-one Personal Training package are not allowed to use Wellness services (including Hot Tub, Sauna, and Ice Bath) unless they register for a Wellness package.
  • Members with a Wellness package may only use the services included in the Wellness package: Hot Tub, Sauna, and Ice Bath.

4. Membership Transfer

  • Members may transfer their membership card to another person. The transfer must be reported and completed at the club's reception desk.
  • The remaining validity of the membership package will remain unchanged after the transfer.
  • The activation date of the transferred package will be the date the transfer process is completed.

5. Club Access and Services

Members must use club services and train within the club's operating hours.

6. Towel Policy

Members will be provided towels based on their membership tier as follows:

  • For memberships registered before April 1, 2025: 2 towels per visit (members may choose 1 large + 1 small, 2 large, or 2 small towels).
  • Priority 12 package: 2 towels (1 large, 1 small) plus 1 additional towel of choice per visit.
  • 10-session and 20-session packages: 1 towel per visit (members may choose either 1 large or 1 small towel).
  • Extra towel charges: If members require more towels than the allotted amount, rental fees apply: 30,000 VND per large towel and 20,000 VND per small towel.

7. Membership Rights & Benefits

Members and guests are entitled only to the benefits specified in their membership contract, including the "Membership Benefits Information" section.

8. Membership Freeze Policy

Freeze Limits:

  • Each member may freeze their membership up to twice per year, with a maximum of 60 days per freeze.
  • The minimum freeze period is 15 days.

Freeze Fees:

  • 270,000 VND for up to 30 days of suspension.
  • 540,000 VND for up to 60 days of suspension.

Notice Requirement:

Members must notify Primal in writing at least 5 days in advance:

  • For recurring payment packages: before the billing date.
  • For one-time payment packages: before the suspension date.

Complimentary Freeze (not counted toward the freeze limit):

Freezing is allowed in cases of maternity leave, injuries, or accidents, with a certified medical diagnosis from a specialist.

9. Recurring Contract Termination Policy

To terminate a recurring membership contract, members must provide written notice at least 5 days before their next billing date.

10. Membership Upgrade & Changes

  • Members may upgrade or modify their membership package at any time by contacting the club's customer service.
  • Any price differences between packages will be calculated and communicated to the member before confirmation.

11.Code of conduct

Conduct by a member or guest that is not aligned to the clubs values of inclusivity, consistency, accountability and intentionality or that is prejudicial to the reputation and character of Primal may result in suspension or expulsion of such member or guest. Such conduct may include inappropriate, violent or abusive behavior, or the communication of information concerning Primal affairs, members or their guests to the media. An expelled member may not attend any of Primal activities in the future and is not welcome as a guest to any events or workouts. A refund of the expelled member’s subscription will be at the discretion of Primal.
Any member or members who willfully remove, damage or destroy any property belonging to Primal, or to members or guests on the premises of Primal, will be liable to expulsion and/or suspension or termination of their membership.
Every member binds themself to abide by the rules, bylaws and regulations of Primal at all times upon acceptance as a member. If Primal considers that any member’s (or their guests) conduct either inside or outside of Primal premises or events is, at its absolute discretion, contrary to the interests Primal, Primal may with immediate effect expel the member or guest from Primal premises and/or suspend or terminate that member’s membership without having to give any reason to such member or guest.
